Unsure where the tokens are from your claim? If you have just deployed a claim page, and tokens haven't been minted or airdropped, the tokens' don't exist yet. The Claim page allows the collectors to mint tokens themselves on your contract and once they are minted, you'll see this reflected on their wallets and platforms like Opensea where the collection is visible.
