If you collectors mention that they haven't received a token, here are a few things you can do to verify it was sent. In most instances this is a display issue with a specific platform, check other platforms to ensure that it was minted/sent.
To help confirm, first verify that the token looks correct on chain.
1. Verify the transfer on-chain
Ask the collector for the transaction hash (link) - Open the link (e.g., Etherscan/Basescan) to confirm the token was successfully minted and sent to their address.
You can also verify a token has been sent in your contract's Read as Proxy tab. Head down the the balance of function - Input the collector's address and tokenID.
2. Check the token’s metadata
View the token on Manifold or in Etherscan.
Confirm that the metadata—image, attributes, name, etc.—is present and correct.
3. Reach out to the specific platform with display issues
If both the transaction and metadata look correct, the token exists on-chain and the problem is almost certainly with how the collector’s wallet or marketplace is displaying it.
